Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping is Free.  We generally use UPS Ground shipping.  Contact me if you need expedited shipping options.

Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: United States

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses (unless specified otherwise).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs in international shipments.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • For damaged items, please include photos of the damage and packaging.
